Taking just a packet of small boxes, some ribbon, paper tags that will fit the boxes or make your own with dye cutters...add special treats inside boxes....
& I usually tie a piece of ribbon around the box too.
For this decorating I have popped a sweet mistletoe greenery ..I buy for this style of quick decorating.....it lifts the display from being ordinary to less so !

I began with the horse which I am very fond of and the paper tree, both are so sweet & decorating around them made it simple & allowed my designs I hand painted stand out but not dominate....
